Wykonanie wyroku śmierci na Stefanie Tiplecie

Pluton egzekucyjny w obecności ks. Kubsza, oraz Komendanta Więzienia Alojzego Stolarza, wykonał wyrok śmierci na Stefanie Tipelcie, skazanym na karę śmierci 2 grudnia przez Sąd Wojskowy Lubelskiego Garnizonu.

Wyrok zapadł na niejawnej rozprawie, bez obecności adwokata i prokuratora. Oskarżony został skazany za to, że nie bacząc na to, że organizacja AK, zarządzeniem władz państwowych została rozwiązana do tej organizacji od chwili jej rozwiązania do dnia 19.X.1944 jak sam przyznaje należał. Został skazany za to na karę śmierci.

Od wyroku nie można było złożyć apelacji. Został on zatwierdzony 6 grudnia 1944 roku przez gen. Świerczewskiego.
