Dekret urzędu grodzkiego lubelskiego, nakładający zaocznie z pozwu Jana Iżyckiego, miecznika i poborcy województwa lubelskiego, karę infamii na Żydówkę kazimierską Frumen Moszkową oraz jej synów Joachima i Froima w związku z niezapłaceniem przez nich 750 złp czopowego z Kazimierza za rok 1638. Tegoż dnia woźny ogłosił publicznie zasądzoną karę w grodzie.
