Na nadzwyczajnym posiedzeniu Judenratu SS-Untersturmführer Harry Sturm poinformował radnych o ograniczeniu liczby funkcjonariuszy Żydowskiej Służby Porządkowej:
[...] P. Dr Sturm ogłosił, że ze 113 czynnych obecnie członków Służby Porządkowej 35 zostanie wysiedlonych obecnie w czasie akcji wysiedleńczej, z pozostałych 78 - po zakończeniu akcji na stałe zostanie zaangażowanych 35 członków Służby Porządkowej [...].
