We wtorek ubiegły dokonano w Lublinie aż trzy zamachy samobójcze. W barakach przy ul. Krochmalnej 4 usiłowała pozbawić się życia 23-letnia Helena Bardziel. W gmachu Urzędu Pocztowego "Lublin 2" napiła się esencji octowej w celu samobójstwa 17-letnia Zofja Kowalska (Snopkowska 13). Na stacji kolejowej w Lublinie usiłował się otruć Władysław Petronik z Rudna, powiatu radzyńskiego. Uczynił to z braku środków do życia. We wszystkich wypadkach pierwszej pomocy udzieliło Pogotowie Ratunkowe. Wszyscy troje umieszczeni zostali w szpitalu Szarytek.
