Nastąpiło przekształcenie Żydowskiego Komitetu Pomocy w Żydowski Komitet Opiekuńczy Miejski-Pomoc Biednym Miejscowym z siedzibą przy ulicy Lubartowskiej 1. W skład ŻKOM weszły następujące osoby: 1/ Kerszman Izaak /Przewodniczący/, 2/ Frajdenberg Dawid Josef, 3/ Hufnagel Leon, 4/ Rechtman Dawid oraz 5/ Schlaf Maurycy.
