Na plenarnym posiedzeniu Judenratu poinformowano gremium, iż Wiceprezes Salomon Kestenberg wyraził niezadowolenie z faktu udzielenia mu votum zaufania. W związku z tym Prezydium Rady postanowiło zarządzić ponowne wybory stawiając jako kandydata Kestenberga, który je wygrał, pokonując kontrkandydatów w osobach radnych Leona Hufnagla i Aleksandra Lewiego.
