Typolub is a series of meetings devoted to typography and graphic arts.

It is an attempt to include graphic design in a discussion on the meaning of intercultural communication. Our aim is to present and have better understanding of the relation between a traditional medium such as print, and the new, digital incarnations of typography. Hence, we will have a closer look at the changes which are taking place in graphic arts, related to new media and the information revolution.

Our aim is to make Lublin a centre for the exchange of experience between traditional typography from the East and the West. We would also like to increase the interest in Cyrillic lettering, which could be used as a tool to build dialogue.
