worked in the "Tarbut” school in Bychawa and in a school in Lublin at Zamojska 21 (nr 28?)
conducted the HIAS branch (Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society) in Lublin,
was a chairman of "Poalei Zion” Party (Jewish Social Democratic Labour Party) in Lublin. During WWII worked for Judenrat in the immigration office, then in post office.
Last letter sent to the Jewish Agency in Istambul by him bears the date of 6th January 1944.
