The “Grodzka Gate – NN Theatre” Centre in Lublin is a local government cultural institution. It works towards the preservation of cultural heritage and education. More than twice as many Jews were murdered in the General Government as in Auschwitz-Birkenau. However, the fate of these victims is still in the shadows.

Of course, Auschwitz should still be remembered, but it is important to include other elements in the overall picture of the Holocaust, such as the Operation Reinhardt.
