The project “Second Life of a Story” was implemented in 2016 by the “Grodzka Gate – NN Theatre” Centre in association with the Polish Oral History Society.

As part of the project, select oral history accounts were developed and made available in the form of stories integrated with textual and photographic material, creating digital narratives centred on five topics related to the modern history of Poland: the independent press, July 1980 in Lublin and the “Solidarity” movement, the martial law period of 1981, and the events that took place in June 1989.
