Oblata [wpisanie do ksiąg urzędowych - red.] dekretu Trybunału Koronnego lubelskiego z 29 VII 1594 r. w spra­wie między biskupem chełmskim Stanisławem Gomolińskim a kupcem gdańskim Korneliuszem Gerardem, zmieniającego wcześniejszy dekret urzędu grodzkiego lu­belskiego w sprawie między Gerardem a Szlomą Izaakowiczem, Żydem ze wsi Kumowo, który z oskarżenia o kradzież został skazany na więzienie w wieży grodzkiej. Dekret trybunalski uwalniał Szlomę od winy i przywracał mu wolność.
