Relacja woźnego, że z rekwizycji [pozwu - red.] Żyda chełmskiego Jakuba Aronowicza był we wsi Rybczewice, gdzie w domu chłopa Andrzeja Paczko, poddanego Marcina Zaporskiego, widział związanego syna Żyda Moszka, arendarza wsi Gardzienice, a następnie nałożył areszt na samego Moszka. Stamtąd pojechał do wsi Stryjna, gdzie we dworze Zaporskiego i w należącecej do niego stajni nałożył areszt na różne przedmioty i pieniądze, które mogły pochodzić z kradzieży dokonanej na Aronowiczu.
